Hollister, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) The tiny town of Hollister was the place to be for a community breakfast this morning.

It was a team effort. The city donates the food, the church cooks it, and every body has a good time. The Boy Ccouts took care of the flag raising today.

Hollister City Councilman Russ Weaver says, "Mainly all the ranchers and the cowboys and people come in our from the ranches, and the city people. We have a breakfast, a get together, and just have a good time."

The Old Time Fiddlers provided music for the occasion. A presentation about the history of the area was also given. Weaver explains they usually serve breakfast to about 250 people every year.

July 4, 2013.
