Home invader will serve at least 8 years in prison
SHOSHONE, ID (KMVT) A man charged in a Lincoln County home invasion will be going to prison.
Gabriel Baker, 30, was sentenced to at least eight years and up to ten years in the Idaho State Penitentiary, and given a $1,000 fine. Police say back in March, Baker and three other people broke into the home of a Dietrich couple. The four home invaders were wearing masks and carrying guns, and held the couple at gunpoint. Baker and his co-defendants were charged with several felonies, including grand theft and conspiracy to commit burglary and robbery. In August, Baker pled guilty to the conspiracy to commit burglary charge. Comments ( |
