Boise (KMVT)-The Idaho Chamber alliance is advocating the state do its own Health Insurance Exchange. The federal government is mandating all states develop an exchange or it will form one for them. The Idaho Chamber Alliance believes it would be better for the state to do their own. The exchange would basically allow people to pick and choose health insurance.
