Idaho Lawmaker Wanting To Exempt Daylight Saving Time

By Andrew Reed

Boise, Idaho (KBOI-TV) An Idaho lawmaker has sponsored a bill that would exempt the Gem State from observing Daylight Saving Time.

The bill was introduced into the House on Wednesday.

If it's passed, the Gem State would stay in the Mountain Standard Time Zone year-round.

Arizona and Hawaii are the only states that currently do not observe Daylight Saving Time.
