Idaho Senator Chats With Radio Host Glenn Beck

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Idaho Senator Jim Risch was a guest on the Glenn Beck radio program this morning.
During his ten minute appearance, Risch told Beck Washington DC has a total disregard for the states' ability to make their own laws.
Risch explained Congress borrows 42 cents of every dollar it spends. That totals ten or eleven billion dollars every day. Risch believes if Congress would reduce its spending by one percent for the next six or seven years, they could balance the national budget.
But he says that won't happen, because Congress wants to keep spending more money every year.
