Blaine County, Idaho( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV )
A Blaine County woman's appeal of her first degree murder conviction is being denied.
The Idaho Supreme Court ruled on the case today, according to the Idaho Mountain Express.
Sarah Johnson had filed an appeal claiming she received ineffective assistance from her counsel, and that there was new evidence indicating someone else might be the killer.
Back in 2005, Johnson was convicted of killing her parents.
She’s serving two life sentences.
