Idaho police cancel alert for missing toddler

By Associated Press

NAMPA, IDAHO (AP) - Police in Nampa, Idaho say a missing toddler
has been found safe in Farmington, New Mexico and the child's
non-custodial mother has been arrested.

Idaho authorities issued an Amber Alert for 2-year-old Catelyn
Sandoval Tuesday evening, saying they believed the child's mother,
who doesn't have custody, took the girl from her Nampa home.

The mother, Georgina Sandoval, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging her with custodial interference. She is being held in the San Juan County Detention Center in New Mexico.
