Idahoans Eligible for E-Book Refunds
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Five major U.S. book publishers are agreeing to pay consumers more than $69 million as part of a national settlement involving an alleged unlawful conspiracy to fix the prices of electronic books.
Idahoans who bought e–books from Hachette Book Group, Harper Collins Publishers and Simon and Schuster between April 2010 and May 21st 2012, are getting notifications that they're entitled to refunds. Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden expects Idaho consumers to receive up to $347,000. Comments ( |
