Introducing: Smart PJ's

By KMVT News

It's a bedtime story, with a twist! That's one way to describe Smart PJ's. They're the world's first--and only--interactive pajamas. The company is also based right here in Idaho.

Juan Murdoch, Founder/CEO of Smart PJ's, says the idea flashed into his mind one day. Two and a half years later, that idea is now a reality.

The Idaho Falls resident works as a full-time realtor. He's also a father of six.

Murdoch describes his excitement the first time he tested out a pair of pajamas, "The first time I pulled it up and it actually did it, I was ecstatic. I was like, it actually works! It actually works and I can't believe that it actually works!"

The pajamas are simple to use. Here's how they work: the pajamas are covered in dot groups, which are similar to QR codes. Each code represents a different bedtime story. All you do is download a free app on your smartphone or tablet, scan the code, and let bedtime begin!

There are currently two apps to choose from--nursery rhymes or animals.

Murdoch already has more apps in the works, including one for Christmas. The best part? All of the apps work on the same pair of pajamas.

You can order the pajamas online at
