Jerome Deputies Continue To Investigate Report Of Shots Fired

Jerome, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Jerome authorities say that around midnight on Sunday June 8, 2014, the Sheriff’s office responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 44 south 350 West in Jerome County. When the deputies arrived they said witnesses reported hearing several gun shots. In addition it wasn’t the first time this had happened. Further investigation by the deputies revealed that there were four bullet holes on the side of a house that faces the roadway at 44 South and 350 West. One had struck a window. The victim at the home wouldn’t provide any information to law enforcement except to admit that they knew the house had been shot at. The Jerome County Sheriff’s Office has been contacted on at least two more occasions, with reports of possible shots fired in the same area.
