Jerome Man Pleads Guilty To Aiding and Abetting A Robbery
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A Jerome man was in court on a felony charge of aiding and abetting a robbery today.
20-year old Branden Alexander Galbreath pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting in a robbery at Applebee’s in January. Galbreath was arrested after assisting 19-year old Jorge Alberto Alatorre-Banuelos in the robbery. Fifth District Judge Randy Stoker said, "Your involvement was acting as a getaway driver as you were driving Mr. Bauelos to and from the scene of the robbery. "This charge carries a potential penalty of life in the Idaho State penitentiary or a $50,000 dollar fine or both." Galbreath's sentencing will take place on October 9th. He also faces felony burglary charges in Jerome County. Comments ( |
