Jerome Police Officer Cited in Weekend Crash
Jerome, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - A Jerome Police Officer was ticketed after an accident this weekend.
32–year–old Officer Gates was cited with failure to yield. On Saturday, at 6:30 pm the Idaho State Police investigated a non–injury crash at the intersection of Yakima Avenue and South Lincoln Avenue in Jerome. Officer Gates was traveling south on Yakima Avenue. Travis Mesheski of Twin Falls was traveling north on Yakima Avenue. Officer Gates turned in front of Mesheski's vehicle at a green light and struck Mesheski's vehicle. Comments ( |
