Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) The proposed Snake River Canyon jump is making headway...

As the City of Twin Falls and Beckley Media continue contact negotiations.

This afternoon the City and Beckley Media came together to openly discuss the current contract.

A few of the topics both sides discussed included...

A brief overview of the entire agreement...

With an in-depth conversation on a compensation proposal... And a public safety agreement.

And with a deadline of February 3rd ... There is still much to be done.

"We want to continue to advance the agreement moving forward. We want to continue to make sure that the council members are fully up to speed with the steps we've taken. But we do know that the public safety plan still has ways to go... we do know that the agreement hasn't been fully vetted by either side," explains Travis Rothweiler, Twin Falls City Manager.
