June Is Adopt A Cat Month At The Twin Falls Animal Shelter

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) June is national adopt a cat month and the Twin Falls Animal Shelter is asking for your help.

The Twin Falls Shelter is currently housing over sixty cats that are looking for new homes.

The age of the cats vary from kittens all the way up to adults.

There are a variety of cats to choose from.

The cats range from white to black and everything in–between.

Some of these cats have been residing at the shelter for over four months.

The shelter is offering these furry animals at a discounted price throughout the month of June.

"We're asking people to please consider coming to the animal shelter... people for pet's humane society and come and adopt one of these wonderful animals," Said Debbie Blackwood, Animal Shelter Employee.

The animal shelter has tools available to help you adapt to life with a cat.

They also have behavior programs to help cats get along with each other when introduced into new homes.
