Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Wednesday marked the last day to apply for the vacant Twin Falls County Judge position.

This after Judge Nicole Cannon resigned last month.

All Idaho attorneys who have five years of experience and are at least 30 years old could apply.

Here is the list of the thirteen applicants:

Samuel Beus, Twin Falls, Idaho, Theodore Booth, Twin Falls, Idaho, Peter Bredeson, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Calvin Campbell, Wendell, Idaho, Blaine Cannon, Burley, Idaho , Theodore Fleming, Emmett, Idaho, Garry Gilman, Boise, Idaho, Brian Harper, Twin Falls, Idaho
Randolph Neal, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Bryson Perkins, Caldwell, Idaho
Gregory Swanson, Meridian, Idaho, Anne Taylor, Hayden, Idaho and
Jeremy Vaughn, Filer, Idaho.

Evaluation questionnaires on the applicants will be sent to attorneys statewide. Questionnaires for public comment may be obtained from the Trial Court Administrator's office. Comments should be returned no later than August 3, 2012.

It's anticipated the county could see a new judge by mid–September.
