Local Democratic Lawmakers Speak To The Community

By KMVT Staff

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) State Senator Michelle Stennett and State Representative Donna Pence visited with the community in Twin Falls Sunday evening.

These lawmakers represent District 26, or Blaine, Camas, Gooding and Lincoln counties.

They make it a tradition of meeting with the democrats in the Twin Falls area.

"They haven't had any democratic representation and we always have a different perception on what's going on in the legislature. It's just kind of to rally the troops so to speak, give them some information that perhaps in a way that they might like a little better than maybe what they get otherwise," adds Rep. Pence.

With approximately two weeks left in the session, Pence personally would like to see something accomplished on "Add the Words".
