Magic Valley, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - The owners of Magic Mountain Ski Resort are in their fifth year of haunting the Magic Valley.
The Haunted Swamp is located just south of Muni Golf Course and features a one mile trail of ghosts and ghouls.
The swamp has been set up to raise money to fund the Magic Mountain ski patrols, who work as volunteers.
Each year the money earned helps to pay for certifications and new equipment for the patrol.
Those who haunt the swamp are also volunteers, but they do get a season pass to Magic Mountain.
A good deal, especially if you enjoy scaring unsuspecting travelers.
Says Suzette Miller, owner of the swamp, "We had it up at Magic Mountain and then last year there were fires going on so we moved it down here. It worked out better that we just decided to keep it down here, and instead of the Haunted Forest it's called the Haunted Swamp".
The swamp is located at 646 South Park Avenue West in Twin Falls and is open Friday and Saturday, 8 pm to midnight.
