Twin Falls. Idaho KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Making sense of the American Civil War was the main theme on Monday night over on the College of Southern Idaho Campus.
The scholar–led discussion explored the literary works surrounding the Civil War.
The program was developed by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the American Library Association.
The night was organized on a series of conversations based on the readings of three books.
The three books included “March” by Geraldine Brooks, “Americas War” by Edward Ayers and “Crossroads of Freedom” by James McPherson.
