Man Sentenced Prison Time For Attempted Robbery
Rupert, Idaho (KMVT-TV/KTWT-TV) A man charged with two counts of criminal conspiracy was sentenced jail time today.
Police said, 38-year-old Tommy Dean Nash was involved in an attempted robbery at the Burley Walmart in 2011. A Minidoka County Judge sentenced Nash to eight years of prison time, two years fixed and six years indeterminate.
