Valley House In Twin Falls Picked A Family Up Off Their FeetTwin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) “We were borderline losing, having nowhere to live, we were days away from having nowhere to live, and someone handed me a number and said call this number” said Randy Gifford, Valley House client. Randy Gifford picked up the phone and called a local homeless shelter. "I sat there for a day debating to call this number” said Randy Gifford, Valley House client. Sharon Breshears answered Gifford's desperate call. "We did get a call from Randy about two and half years ago and he was in a crisis situation, with his family. He wasn't able to support them at the time and needed a hand up” said Sharon Breshears, Valley House Executive Director. The Valley house in twin falls helped randy get through a tough time and found him a mentor to train him on a new line of work. "Randy is our repairman now and so he has done wonderful things for the Valley House and given back what we have possibly gave him” said Sharon Breshears, Valley House Executive Director. "When I first got in there that was actually a complete turnaround that was a restart for me” said Randy Gifford, Valley House Client. Going to the valley house for randy was the start of rebuilding his life. "I would say this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. You know before I always had all the money, all the play toys. I'm happy here” said Randy Gifford, Valley House Client.
