Burley/Rupert, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) This Friday and continuing into Saturday, the Mini–Cassia area Chamber of Commerce is holding a massive sidewalk sale.
Over 40 businesses around the area are holding out–door sales along with savings inside their stores.
This is the second year the Mini–Cassia chamber has held this valley wide sale.
The Idea behind the push is to get more residents to buy local.
And in doing so gives residents the chance to take advantage of huge savings.
From book stores to retail, hotels and auto parts there is something for everyone to take advantage of.
“It’s really important because you’re supporting your neighbors and you’re helping them in their livelihood and their choices to better support and grow our community. So that it’s a place that people want to be in and they’re proud to be in… they can go to their local stores and say this is where I shop.”
Said Heather Petersen, Mini-Cassia area Chamber of Commerce.
The sidewalk sale will continue into to Saturday.
With locations in Rupert, Heyburn and Burley... there is more than enough to browse through.
