Minidoka Judge Retires After Nearly 20 Years On Bench
Rupert, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A Minidoka County judge is retiring. Judge Larry Duff has been the Minidoka County Magistrate Judge since 1992.
Duff will still be working, three days a week with Minidoka County and two days in Cassia. Rick Bollar will be the new Minidoka County Magistrate Judge. Chief Deputy Clerk Bea Villicana tells us they have not found a replacment for the juvenile cases. And Judge Duff is expected to be helping the court out until September. Comments ( |
