Burley, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A local role model is trying to teach area children about one of the most common problems in schools.


Sierra Silver Norman is the 2012 Miss Canyon Rim Outstanding Teen.
She put on a presentation on girl to girl meanness Saturday afternoon at the Burley Library.

Named 'Snotty is Naughty', Sierra uses this topic as her platform.

And she wanted to share some useful information and tips with local kids as well as their parents.
