Burley, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A local role model is trying to teach area children about one of the most common problems in schools.
Sierra Silver Norman is the 2012 Miss Canyon Rim Outstanding Teen. She put on a presentation on girl to girl meanness Saturday afternoon at the Burley Library.
