More DUI Fatalities On Super Bowl Sunday Than The Annual Average
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Twin Falls Police are cracking down on impaired drivers who enjoyed the Super Bowl celebration a little too much.
Officers are on patrol Sunday night, especially looking for drunk drivers.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports drunken drivers caused 43% of all traffic fatalities on game day back in 2012. Compared to the average for the year at 31%.
