TWIN FALLS IDAHO (KMVT-TV) Idaho state police stopped a vehicle Thursday afternoon that led to the discovery of Black Tar Heroin. Authorities say they stopped a white 2002 Nissan XTerra, displaying Nevada license plates, northbound on US Highway 93, near milepost 31, in Twin Falls County, Idaho for speeding. The driver was identified as Yulenny Rojo-Lugo, 34 of Las Vegas, Nevada. Information was uncovered that led to the discovery of a modified compartment within the vehicle. Inside the compartment troopers located two sealed packages weighing just over two pounds and containing black tar heroin. The estimated street value is just over $72,000. Rojo-Lugo was arrested for trafficking of heroin, and booked into the Twin Falls County Jail. A female passenger, Adilene Torres, was released without charges. A male supplier in Las Vegas was identified and an arrest warrant has been issued.
