New Art Display At The Herrett Center
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A new art display at The Herrett Center is a series of paintings by local artist Gary Stone.
It is the imagined portion of the true story of Jimmie Iverson, a boy who went missing near Oakley in 1875.
The works chronicle the boy's adventures as he lives, works and grows among the native peoples of southern Idaho.
While the events themselves are conceptualized, the illustrations may be close to the truth.
For those interested in more information about this event, you can read the full account in the book Six Decades Back.
