Rupert, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A California company is opening its doors in Rupert. Calva products are a leading manufacturer of infant animal milk formulas and care products. The new plant will be built in Rupert next to Brewster west's facility. Calva's plant will convert cheese byproducts into liquid milk replacer for calves. The company is expected to open in the spring of 2013.
