Wood River Valley, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A new reading program is coming to the Wood River Valley.

According to the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development... One in four children grows up not knowing how to read.

The Nardagani Reading is based on the Japanese coding system... And is designed to help readers of all levels learn the English language.

The creator of the program explains why it is so effective.

"When you teach a challenged reader, they are inspired to teach the next challenged reader. It is so simple that we believe we can eradicate illiteracy within the next five years," explains creator Narda Pitkethly.

Narda insists all it takes is four lessons before people of all ages are learning how to read.
