Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV) The City of Twin Falls is in the process of installing a new traffic signal on the corner of N College Rd. and Fillmore Ave.
Construction crews have already begun putting in the signals, and delays should be minor over the next few days.
Public Information Officer Josh Palmer said a number of factors brought about the need for the new light, "It’s one of those intersections we have had significant problems with. There is a very high traffic count there because of development in that area. It has caused some safety concerns so the city is moving forward with installing that traffic signal."
Palmer said any road closures will be done by Friday, with the light being operational by the end of the month.
