New Twin Falls Park Nearly Finished
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) It looks like the new park which honors the former Twin Falls city manager is mostly done.
The Tom Courtney Conservation Park is on the southwest corner of Fillmore Street and Falls Avenue in Twin Falls. The park features drought resistant plants and grasses that need less water than typical plants. The overall price tag is about $140,000. The sign, which has yet to be unveiled, cost $3,000, while the curbs, gutters, and sidewalks cost $6,000.
