One Person Arrested Following Friday Shooting In Twin Falls

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Police continue to investigate a shooting in Twin Falls. Police say shots were fired on Friday near the Salvation Army on Eden between 3rd and 4th. When police arrived they found a male subject who appeared to be detaining a second male subject at gun point. Police say the victim was shot in the knee. Chris Arnold Smith was arrested for aggravated battery. Police say there are different stories on what caused the incident.
