Open Meetings for Public to Meet Council Members

By Alexa Tieu

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Members of the Twin Falls City Council want to meet the public.

"We want to make ourselves available to the public in a comfortable setting and be accessible and available for them," says Rebecca Mills Sojka, Twin Falls City Councilwoman.

The open meetings allow members of the community to sit down and have an informal chat with council members.

The community is able to discuss any topic they'd like to bring to the table.

Meetings will be held the first Tuesday of each month at the Twin Falls City Council Chambers.

They will begin at 5:30 and last until 7 in the evening.
