Heyburn, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Heyburn Police are still looking for a suspect in an armed robbery last week.

The robbery allegedly happened at Tony's Gas Station on Tuesday night.

Heyburn police say a young man entered the store before nine, pointed a black pistol at the clerk, also known as the owner's grandson and demanded money.

We spoke to the owner of Tony's Sunday evening. As she explains, theft became a common theme that week.

Carolyn Gallegos says, "then the next night, a young man proceeded to come in and steal gum and candy. And my grandson caught him. I just happened to be in the area and I ran out and caught him and I walked him all the way home. And yesterday i made him work for three hours."

The suspect is described as wearing a blue hoodie sweatshirt and a blue bandana over his face.

Anyone with information should call the Heyburn Police Department at 208–679–4545.
