Parade And Pig Wrestling Kick Off The Jerome Co. Fair
Jerome, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The Jerome County Fair kicked off this Tuesday afternoon as hundreds of residents gathered along Main Street to take part in this year's annual County Fair Parade.
With well over 70 entries into this year's parade, officials said it was one of the biggest events of its kind in the Magic Valley. And County Fair Fun didn't end there. Tuesday evening at 7, hundreds of eager wrestling fans packed themselves into DePew Arena to take part in a beloved fair time event... Pig Wrestling. With kids and adults of all ages taking part in this annual event, in the past few years it has grown to become the number one fan event at the fair. The entire fair will continue all week coming to an end this Saturday night. Admission is free to get into the fair and tickets for arena events are still on sale inside the fair office or at the gate. Comments ( |
