Plea Agreement Reached For Individuals On Synthetic Marijuana Trafficking Charges

Pocatello, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A plea agreement was reached for a Twin Falls man facing federal synthetic marijuana trafficking charges.

Allen Nagel, along with others, is charged with multiple counts related to selling and possession of synthetic marijuana products.

Police said Nagel is accused of forming a business and manufacturing and selling synthetic marijuana.

If convicted, the maximum punishment for each count carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
