Proposed Zoning Changes In Twin Falls

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) The city of Twin Falls Planning and Zoning Commission met Tuesday evening to discuss the zoning of two properties.
One plot of land is located on the south west corner of Pole Line Road and Eastland Drive.
The proposal is to amend the zoning of the land from residential to a commercial mixed use development.
The plans include some residential, professional and light retail.
The other plot of land is on the corner of Falls Avenue and Champlin Road.
It is proposed to change from rural residential to neighborhood commercial, such as a small gas station.
