Red Cross Of Idaho Month
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Governor Butch Otter signed a proclamation to declare March American Red Cross month.
March is a time to recognize the ongoing work of the American Red Cross and the individuals that make the work possible. Volunteers in the state of Idaho make a difference in communities across the United States and throughout the world. "Volunteers around here basically assist families that have been burned out of their homes with our disaster action team. The volunteers show up in the middle of the night and offer them food, lodging, and clothing to help them get through a tough time” said Roger Hinton, Red Cross of Idaho.
