Red Flag Warning In Southern Idaho
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A Red Flag Warning is in effect for the Magic Valley Monday.
That's because the combination of gusty winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures create explosive fire conditions. The Bureau of Land Management is asking everyone to take precautions. "We just want the public to be very safe. You know things are hot, things are dry. Obviously with the Red Flag Warning there we really want you to be cautious with your vehicles, fire ammunition and things like that," said Kylie Gough, BLM spokesperson. The Red Flag Warning should pass by Tuesday. But, until then BLM is asking everyone to stop all unnecessary outdoor burning. Comments ( |
