MV Republican Women Set Challenge
Buhl, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The Magic Valley Republican Women kicked off a first ever golf tournament on Saturday.
They began with a shotgun start in the morning at the Clear Lakes Country Club in Buhl. The group is raising funds for various candidates in the Magic Valley area. It cost $50 a person and the event cost $200 a team. "Our goals were to get as many people as we could and we did make our financial goal which was to help a couple of candidates," adds Billie Dinges. The group is offering a challenge to other Republican women in the state to adopt a senate race as this local group is raising funds for that purpose. Comments ( |
