Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A stop work order has been issued for Dwaine Thomson.

The community development staff threw a party today at the City Council chambers.

The party was to celebrate the hard work and service the building inspector has provided for the city.

Dwaine Thomson is finally turning in his hard hat and finished his final inspection.

We spoke to Thomson about his feelings on his service for the city.

"I look back and see the support of all those staff members, construction people, it's just something that's hard to describe; it's a very neat experience," he explains.

Thomson has had 23 years of service with the City of Twin Falls.

He says he will be doing a lot of fishing in the future.
