Robert Brackett Found Guilty By Jury
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A jury found 44 year old Robert Brackett of Twin Falls guilty of 13 sexual abuse charges.
Those include eight counts of "use of a child in exploitative material," and five counts of "sexual battery by lewd and lascivious acts." Court records show those charges stem from Brackett's relationship with a 16 year old girl in late 2010 and early 2011. He acted as his own attorney in this case.
