Robert Brackett's Child Porn Trial Postponed Until October
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A Twin Falls man facing child pornography charges was scheduled to be in court again this afternoon.
Police say a year and a half ago they found illicit photos of a 16 year old girl on a camera in 42 year old Robert Brackett's home. Brackett is charged with eight counts of use of a child in sexual exploitative material or possession, six counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor, and one count of sexual battery by taking pictures of a minor. Brackett was scheduled to in court today for his final pretrial conference. That conference was postponed until 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 17th.
