Rupert, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) What better way to celebrate a successful round of testing, than activities outdoors.

Rupert Elementary celebrated the end of ISAT and IRI testing with culminating activities.

This year's theme was Traveling the Road to Success and students raced ducks by blowing them down a rain gutter to the cheers of their fellow classmates.

According to school officials, the preliminary ISAT results are looking strong compared to last year.

"We've already gone up several percentage points in each area; math, reading and language so we're excited about that and also our little kids do the IRI and those scores are looking great as well," adds Laurie Copmann, Principal, Rupert Elementary.

Each class could float their ducks in a small pool, with five ducks being pulled out for a prize. All of the students received a small treat.
