Rupert (KMVT) Rupert and Minidoka County will participate in a new program CHANGE. It stands for Community Health Assessment and Group Evaluation. The city will cooperate with South Central Public Health District. It will look at current programs and health initiatives and see if changes need to be made. The goal is to reduce the communities obesity rate.
