SEN Technologies Brings Cloud Computing To Twin Falls Businesses
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) For many businesses, one of their biggest expenses is paying for computers.
A ribbon cutting was held for a Boise-based company that specializes in "cloud computing." SEN technologies has 25 employees. Businesses that use their service don't have to have large computer servers on-site. The company takes the business's programs and puts them in their data center. Mark Hansen, Business Development Manager of SEN technologies, says, "Then we push them back in the form of a single application they can access from any device. It can be Mac, PC, tablet, smart phone, we don't care." SEN technologies is seven years old. But their current revision of "cloud computing" is their tenth one, and they've been using this method for five years now. Hansen says their system is very reliable, and it works very dependably.
