Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) It’s all about workplace safety over on the College of Southern Idaho campus this week.
This week marked the 4th annual Safety Fest of the Great Northwest free workshops.
Starting on Tuesday and continuing until Friday, around a thousand Southern Idaho works have made their way to the CSI campus.
Multiple classes and seminars are being held ranging from CPR to Defensive Driving to even Firearm Safety.
“You know this is an annual event so we will be holding it again next year at the end of March and I just invite people to watch out for the information and to come participate. This is open and free for everyone and not just people who work in industries but anyone can participate in the safety fest trainings.” Said the CSI Community Education Director, Stacy Madsen.
There is still one more day for free workshops and classes to be held on Friday.
