Snake River Flows To Drop

By Brittany Cooper

Burley, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Snake River flows are expected to drop significantly this week.

The flows below Milner Dam will drop to zero by Tuesday, according to Idaho Power.

This, due to the Bureau of Reclamation completing spring fish augmentation releases from the upper Snake River system.

Officials say this will impact all river users along the Snake River.

Flows at Milner are expected to remain at zero c–f–s until late July.

Meanwhile, all releases in the snake river upstream will be diverted for agricultural uses.
