Student Struck By Car: Receives Only Minor Injuries

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) This Friday, a young Twin Falls student was struck by a car resulting in only minor injuries.

At around 3:30, a group of children were walking home from Harrison Elementary.

That's when the male student darted across the street and was stuck by a passing motorist.

The driver of the car was traveling at a slow speed and the child only received minor injuries.

The accident occurred at the intersection on Taylor and Grant Street, about 100 yards from the school itself.

The child did received care from EMT’s and was eventually released into the care of his parents.
