Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV) Despite sub–freezing temperatures, nearly 50 showed up at Elevation 486 to participate in the 'Joggin for Your Noggin' event. This doubled the total of those pre–registered.

Henley Blick organized the event because she too has suffered from concussions, try ten of them.

"Well I planned it based around concussion awareness because I've had a lot of concussions and so I wanted to bring awareness to the community about how severe they really are. And so all the money is going towards impact testing, which is basically a base–line test for students who've had the brain trauma and they will get the treatment they need based on those test scores," adds Blick.

The high school senior played competitive volleyball and wanted to play in college, but had to give up her dream.

The money from Saturday's event will be used as a scholarship to fund testing for children who can't afford it.
